Sean did an exceptional job even though closing was delayed over three months by seller. He gave great advice and guidance through this long process. On a scale of 1-10 I would give him at least a 15. He will be selling our existing home soon. I would recommend him without any hesitation and use him again of the need arises. Sean kept me constantly informed about the status of the closing.
