Sean is the ultimate relator. He goes above and beyond expectations and even suggests things that may make his job harder but better. Not only did Sean and his partner, Jim, sell my lovely Kauai beachfront property during the Covid pandemic but since we could not travel there to facilitate the move, Sean stepped up, took care of any work that needed doing at the home we were selling but even went so far as to move our personal possessions to our new condo. We met Sean when we were looking at properties all around the island of Kauai. We had looked at properties on the south shore and the realtor there connected us with Sean Ahearn to show us properties on the north shore. We asked Sean to show us some properties so that we could see what they were going for just as a matter of curiosity. We actually werent intending to buy at that time, which we explained, but Sean was happy to show us about a dozen properties. We found him to be very gracious and forward thinking, as many wouldnt have wanted to be bothered. He took us to a property in Princeville, explaining what a fantastic property it was for the price. His comments got us thinking about buying it as a vacation rental. After talking about it and doing further research overnight, we got back together with him the next day to discuss it. He ran details by us of all the things to consider if we decided to buy and was very honest about the pluses and the minuses of vacation rentals. He was the consummate professional, neither pressuring us or whitewashing the possibilities. We decided to have him write up an offer, which he very successfully negotiated for us, and weve had great results ever since we bought it. We trust Sean and his team at Elite Properties so much that we hired them to manage the vacation rental for us, and they have done a stellar job at that as well. We can give our wholehearted recommendation to anyone wishing to buy or sell a personal home or a vacation rental on the island of Kauai. Ok, it has all been said and everyone is yelling it from the roof tops. Sean is the dream real estate agent when you want to buy or sell a house. He will not only know all the plants, geography, weather patterns, names of the mountain peaks and social things around your potential home, he will also make you feel sorry for the agent on the aEURoeother sideaEUR? because Sean is always a step ahead. Firstly, he is a professional who will carefully listen to you and help you find the right solution for your specific needs and not rush the process just to close a deal. Secondly, he will manage the entire process -and this goes a lot past handing over the keys- to a degree that is best described with the word mollycoddle (yes, go look it up). Lastly, you will actually have fun. So now you are expecting the big drawback.Well, there might be one. You are basically out of options!He has often told me that I am supposedly not special and all customers get that treatment. Clearly that cant be true, back off you other customers, I am special and Sean likes me more!
