His efforts and persistence were quite simply - heroic. There is no other realtor we would recommend over Sean. When we were ready to throw in the towel, he came up with more buyers, and connected with more agents to re-stimulate interest in the unit. When we wanted to drop price and just "get out of it to be done with it already", he helped us hold ground, and even got multiple offers, higher than we expected. It took not one, not two, but three contracts (with 3 different buyers) to finally sell our place.
