When I first contacted Scott he was willing to meet me immediately and I could tell right away he knew real estate and how to deal. I had my property listed with another realtor for 3 months with only two 'low ball' offers. He assured me he could sell my property and it took me a while to list with him-my mistake. When we were looking for a realtor to buy our first home my wife said call that guy on all the posters "Scott Varley". I googled and Google and couldn't find who she was talking about because I was spelling it "Scott Farley". I was skeptical because I said "he's to big he doesn't want clients like us" , "he wants people buying million dollar homes" , "if we call him we will just get his secretary". Boy was I so wrong. The day I texted him it was Easter at 6:40 PM. I thought I was texting an automated number and they would get back to me on Monday. I was wrong again. He texted back immediately at 6:41PM. My point is just because he is a big name in Saratoga county you work with Scott him self. He responds all hours of the day and evening. He's been with us every step of the way and when I was about to lose it because things weren't happening (we are building our house in Stillwater) he called me immediately and explained how things worked AGAIN for the 5th time and he also reminded me about COVID slowing everything down. I would recommend him several times again and I would pick him to be out realtor over and over. Scott Varley has been nothing short of amazing.

I Interviewed 10 real estate agents and he was the only one who not only said he could get me the price I wanted, he was the only one that asked for a follow up interview in person on a Sunday. So I signed Scott on as my listing agent, what I got was top of the line marketing, and his all star support team (Shout out to you Zack). Scott made sure there was an open house almost every weekend to include holiday weekends. Within 30 days I had a buyer, although the buyer fell through before closing it did not stop the Varley Team momentum.
