About Scott Toman

How fast the time goes by! It only seems like yesterday when I started my Real Estate career, but it was in 1999. I am a strong believer in loving what you do for a living, and selling Real Estate is what I love to do. It is certainly one of my greatest passions. My clients can certainly contest to my passion and involvement with every transaction; from our first conversation, to negotiating, to the final closing, I am in it with them for the duration. Since coming to Texas Tech to play football for Spike, and after graduating, I just could not find myself leaving Lubbock. We are very blessed to live in Lubbock, Texas for a lot of reasons. Too many to list, but first and foremost, it is that the people in Lubbock are the friendliest people I have ever been around. Second, our economy and housing market are about as consistent as you will find across the country. Our market continues to strive for appreciation in our property values, and with the help of our local lenders and great rates, this is a great time and opportunity to buy or sell a home. I currently serve on our local Lubbock Association of Realtors board, recently graduated from the Texas Realtors Leadership Program, and currently have my ABR and GRI designations. This means I am here to help you, whether you are buying or selling a home. I am able to help you with your Residential and Commercial needs.
