Scott is the most knowledgeable realtor I know, he knew the ins and outs better than any other real estate agent I've ever met or worked with. Scott is always on top of the need and usually knows the answer before I ask, like he's reading my mind! He knows the market, he works with some great mortgage teams and will do about anything day, night or weekends. This is his job, his career, not a hobby, he is serious about finding you the right place, he's knows a lot of tips and tricks the market offers that will get you the home you want with out the hassle of fighting others to win the bid. Scott is a top notch agent. He was very helpful throughout the process of buying our house and walking through the ins and outs of the industry. Scott was more than willing to stand up for our best interest and negotiating the best deal available. He was also very patient with assisting us in finding the perfect home.

Scott is great to work with. We worked with him on an out of state transaction and he did an excellent job touring the properties with us remotely, as well as giving us some great advice on the properties he showed us.

I met the Thone family when Jennifer Thone (Scott's wife) and I volunteered for our children's school. As I got to know her I found her to be one of the most kind, respectful, and even keeled people I had ever met. So when my husband and I decided to sell our home and she reached out with her husband Scott's info I didn't hesitate to set up our initial meeting to see if he would be a good fit for us as a realtor. From that meeting I gained complete confidence that Scott was the right person to not only sell our home, but help us buy our new one. With his honesty and guidance we sold our home less than 24 hours after it hit the market. He was so on top of everything it amazed us. We knew exactly what steps needed to be taken, when things were completed, and he didn't let anything slip through the cracks. We had a pre-approval with our own lender, but the one that Scott works with was able to get us a killer rate and much better terms so we went with him instead. The inspector he suggested for the purchase of our new home was affordable and thorough. Throughout the buying process he and Jennifer remained steadfast and supportive in what is definitely a sellers market right now. He helped guide us through some treacherous waters, and in the end helped us to make a solid offer on our dream house that was ultimately accepted. Aside from being an incredible realtor, Scott is a genuinely good and kind man. While volunteering at the school, Thone Home Real Estate Team donated hundreds of dollars, if not more, to various fundraisers for the school. I have never met a more organized and diligent realtor than Scott Thone. From the initial phone call meeting Scott, to the signing of papers for our new home he was there making sure everything was moving along promptly and efficiently. Moving from California to Arizona was a big deal for us. We knew we wouldn't be able to visit Arizona everytime a new listing became available and due to the high demand for housing right now we were competing with hundreds of other applicants for every listing, and listings were scarce. So Scott suggested that when we could not be there to look at the houses he would do the walk throughs for us while recording a video so we could get a feel for each place. When a new house became available Scott would immediately notify us. If we were interested he would arrange a walk through and video the entire house for us just as he suggested. He would also video around the neighborhood to give us an idea of what it would be like. When we did make it out to Arizona to check out some of the available houses, Scott spent the entire day with us. He arranged a list of houses for us to visit along with a folder with each of the listings and a short form to accompany each listing for us to comment our likes and dislikes for each property so we could revisit the comments later. His organizational skills and attention to detail are impressive. Scott genuinely cared about helping us find the right home for our needs. And that's exactly what he did. He found us a beautiful home in an excellent neighborhood. He checked off everyone of our needs and wants for our new home. Our move from California to Arizona would never have happened as quickly as it had without the hard work and efforts from Scott. Knowing we had someone working so hard to meet our goals gave us such a piece of mind especially being in another state.
