Scott was very responsive to my questions and alerted me when we had showings and when an offer was made, and provided helpful advice on dealing with the offer on the house. I had some issues that needed to be resolved as a result of the home inspection and Scott provided me sound advice on replacing my hot water heater and with suggested repairmen (electricians and furnace repair) to resolve the issues, so I could close on time and for close to my asking price.
