Cindy was an excellent agent to work with through our entire purchasing process. She did hours of background research to help us find the property we were looking for. She helped us navigate the process to make our offer. Shortly after we made our offer the owner passed away. Cindy then stayed in contact with the listing agent and executor of the estate, until the property was able to sell. She walked us through the sale process including signing documents online, and then she helped set up our closing meeting, as we are out of state buyers.
