We were selling our condo in Wrigleyville remotely (we live in Texas), and Scott was incredibly helpful in making trips into the city to handle whatever in-person responsibilities were necessary. He coordinated a light remodel including finding awesome local vendors at a good price, managing their access to the unit and ensuring they did a great job. We had some late damage that occurred to the unit (in the middle of negotiations) and Scott was able to assess and guide us through appropriate next steps to make it a non-issue. Most of all, I appreciated Scott's communication. I could tell from our first conversation that good communication was a priority for him, and is what ultimately led me to work with him. Selling remotely causes additional and unforeseen anxieties, and I really appreciated the quick, detailed communication. He was NEVER too busy to hop on the phone to discuss strategy or provide updates.Clearly, I would HIGHLY recommend engaging Scott to selling your property!
