Joel was wonderful to work with and we highly recommend him! Always quick to respond, communication was excellent and he really listened to us. Never any high pressure and we always felt welcome to call him any time with questions. His professionalism and market knowledge was above and beyond, even willing to show properties in evening times. He was considerate of our 2 hour out of town commute to the area and took videos to help screen potential homes. He found us the perfect condo and helped us through negotiations, the closing process and provided referrals to assist us in moving and utility set up, making the transition to our new home seamless. Not only is he our realtor but we consider him our friend.

Joel was amazing from start to finish. We interviewed several agents -- Joel came prepared with everything to help us decide. When the time came, he was on board with everything from "soup to nuts". This move wouldn't have been possible without him -- he provided advice, boxes, help, referrals, and communication was constant (a rarity these days!). He was the "energizer bunny"! I felt like I'd gained a new friend in the process. We'd work with him again if we moved back to the area.
