1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Be honest with your agent and give them as many details as possible about your criteria. The more the agent knows the more precise the list of homes can be and easier the search is.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Less is more. De Clutter and price your home to appraised value so you get a lot of traffic and a contract closer to the list price.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
100k to 2 million I deal with about 70% second home buyers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
The wife was pregnant with their 2nd child, we have 5 months to sell their home for top dollar and get them a new home in a family friendly environment. We achieved both and she had the baby 1 week after they moved into the new home.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I owned a large mortgage company and when the market crashed in 2007 I went into real estate to help old clients sell via short sale. The rest is history and I have had the opportunity to build a successful team.
