During the summer of 2020 in the beginning of the pandemic, my parents had to vacate their second home in Boca Raton and return to NJ due to declining health. They always thought they would return but were unable to. In the fall of 2022, they finally came to terms that they had to sell, and the condo association president recommended Scott Pressman. Upon initial contact, Scott was patient and treated my parents with dignity and respect, even though the initial communication was challenging due to elderly people trying to use technology and their inability to articulate due to declining health. Upon stepping in as the main contact with my parents permission, Scott was very professional and always kept me informed and educated about the local real estate market. After a couple of months before the condo sold, my mother passed away and I had legal questions to make sure the property could pass title without probate. Scott immediately went to his legal team and got back to me the next day. When we did get an offer, Scott discussed the pros and cons of the offer and he quickly negotiated a fair deal between us and the buyer. The next challenge was that the buyer wanted a quick closing, and I was extremely stressed out about emptying the unit as both me and my brothers are out of state. He put me in contact with a cleanout company who was also extremely easy to work with and a Godsend. Scott was easy to work with, always responsive to my questions, patient and professional. I would highly recommend him and his team!
