He came over, told me what the house was worth at the time and estimated what it would be worth when we listed it 10 months later. He was right on the money - we had a couple of low ball offers within about a week, and after some negotiations, he advised me to pass on both...which we did. Then two weeks later 4 more offers came in and one was right on the money - the asking price. We obviously accepted that one and 4 weeks after that, escrow closed. Scott is your guy if you're looking for an honest, hard-working realtor who will get you the maximum amount for your home!
