Joey did a phenomenal job helping us get into our first home. The process was smooth and I believe that comes from his years of experience as a professional realtor. It did not take us long to find the house that we wanted and from there, Joey helped make the process easy. From referrals such as helping find a title company, insurance, or a home inspector. He helped to resolve any issues with the property; the negotiations were a breeze. When we did find a few problems during inspections they were minimal such as gfci outlets, a faulty shower valve, and a few other miscellaneous items. He contacted the selling realtor and we worked together on having the seller resolve the issues. Overall Joeys commitment to being professional helped the process go as smoothly as possible. We couldnt have asked for a better experience.
