This was our first move in 30 years so we had a lot to learn about the real estate market and Scott was very patient and helpful. Scott suggested a sale price and we agreed to it. Our house sold within two days and we thought we had priced our home too low but trusted Scott since he knew the real estate market. Pricing our home too low may have been the case since we initially were offered $5,000 more than the asking price and eventually selling to another couple for $2,000 above the asking price. Regardless, Scott was knowledgeable, pleasant and had a team approach for us in buying a new home and selling our present home.
