Simply put, Scott wildly exceeded our expectations, going well beyond what we thought possible from a real estate professional. Scott spent an enormous amount of time and effort to help us prepare and sell our home. He carefully pointed out certain aspects of our home that were likely to detract from us realizing the highest potential value. Then he promptly presented us with a plan to address those issues, complete with recommended qualified vendors and fair prices. Best of all, he was ALWAYS on task making sure that the work was done in a timely fashion and with a remarkable level of quality. It didnt take us long to realize that Scott is extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of home renovations. He is also exceedingly patient and calm under the many pressures of getting projects like these done. And he always treated our home as if it were his own. Scott not only delivered on his promises but also surprised us with ideas and services that were well beyond what we could have ever expected. He was just a delight to work with. ZillowVERIFIEDWhen my wife and I first learned about the Silver Creek community and met with Scott we warned him that we may be wasting his time as we were not looking to move anytime soon, we were just interested in seeing what was available. Not only did he not seem concerned about our timeline, I think he was just excited to show us the area and why he loves the community so much. The knowledge Scott had about Silver Creek and all the sub-communities within it is immense, and now that we live in the neighborhood we realize he was spot on about all his insights and recommendations. Throughout the process Scott was never pushy, impatient or in a rush to sell us a house. He would inform us when a house in our price range became available, gave us his honest assessment and waited for us to make the next move. Then a house opened up that both my wife and I were interested in (first time that occurredaEUR|) and it just so happened that Scott was representing the seller as well. We never felt Scott was favoring one side over the other, he was a true professional throughout. He knew our demands and theirs and did what he had to do to make both parties happy. I can honestly say without Scott, the deal would not have got done. We highly recommend Scott and are sure you will not be disappointed.
