Working with the Newman team was awesome. His first priority was to have multiple conversations with me about what my ideal situation was. Digging in deep to figure out exactly what was best for me. There was no pressure throughout which made it nice. I was hoping to find the best option for an investment property, Scott recommended a 203K FHA loan for a multi-unit, which I had heard about and the more he taught me about it the more it made sense. He also has done 203ks himself which is rare to find as it turns out! Not only did he help me find an amazing fixer-upper but he's been involved thereafter!
