I highly recommend the brokers at Team Newman. Specifically, Morgan Meeker was very helpful with finding an apartment for myself and my partner to rent. I cannot speak more highly of Scott and his team. I no longer live in the Chicagoland area and was in need of remotely selling my condo after my tenants had vacated. Scott and his team were responsive and understood that my priority was selling quickly with as little disruption to the tenants as possible. Scott priced the unit such that we received multiple, above ask offers within 24 hours of hosting a one-hour open house in the space. His ability to generate buzz for the property meant real savings - no staging, no extra month mortgage payment and a higher selling price than I was quoted by other agents I had interviewed. Most importantly, his relationships with our ultimate buyer's lenders ensured a quick close with almost no contingencies. All in, from the time of signing the listing agreement to a closed transaction was three weeks. I had had a previously not pleasant experience attempting to sell this condo and, this time around, I barely had to time to worry about a thing.
