1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Work with your Lender and Real Estate Agent to make sure that everyone is on the same page and understands what type of home you are seeking, the price range, time frame and where.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Work with your Real Estate Agent to crunch the numbers and price the home correctly the first time. Look over my home selling guide for suggestions, tips and tricks to make your home shine during showings.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked with Buyers, Sellers and Investors.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I helped a single mother of two find their dream home in their old neighborhood where they are surrounded by friends.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I got started in real estate as an investor during the recession and was able to turn it into my full time dream job.

I have extensive business experience which helps me in every facet of real estate. I get along well with people and enjoy getting good people into good homes.
