Ian is a man of integrity. He had our best interest at all times, and we knew he would do the right thing for us. We werent able to secure a house during our short visit, despite valiant efforts (offering $80K more and being one of 18 to get rejected??), so we relied on Ian to be our eyes and ears from long-distance.
