In representing us as sellers, his incredible attention to detail, expansive knowledge of the area, and strategic approach to the market enabled us to not only prepare our former home for listing, but also to get it listed quickly and at just the right moment. Thanks to Scott, we received multiple offers including one that was well above what we had initially anticipated. Once we were ready to begin the house hunt as buyers, Scott made the process so much fun with his great sense of humor and amazing aesthetic eye. We never felt rushed and were wowed by his memory and intuitiveness ? he read our responses to properties and masterfully tailored his approach. When we did land on a house that we loved, he made the negotiation and closing processes incredibly seamless and easy. He has a clear grasp on the competitiveness of the market and what it ultimately takes to put together a winning offer, while still protecting the interests of the buyer. In general, we were so impressed by his responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond.
