I was extremely lucky to find Xavier- being a first time home buyer I had a ton of questions- Xavier was always patient and wanted to make sure everything was crystal clear to me as we walked through the process. Aside from always responding quickly, Xavier was an incredible advocate for me as the buyer to all parties involved. On top of that, Xavier was able to negotiate to a great price on the property I purchased. Xavier has deep knowledge of Long Beach, and because of him I'm moving in feeling like a local already. I cant recommended working with Xavier enough.
