In fifteen years, Scott Harris has been involved in the marketing and sales of more than $600 million of New York City residential property. In 2014, Scott was recognized as the number 30 broker in New York City and among the top 250 in the nation, in sales volume, by the WSJ/ Real Trends Top 1000 list. With a focus on cooperative apartments, landmarked townhouses and condominiums, Mr. Harris provides each seller and property with an exceptional level of service and a tailored marketing strategy. Scott represents both buyers and sellers in top buildings across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Concurrently, Scott has developed more than a decade of experience in New Development, closely collaborating with top developers in the planning, marketing, and sales of premier new residential developments, and creating brand identities for extraordinary properties featuring world-class architecture and design. Scott was born and raised in New Orleans, where he attended The Isidore Newman School. He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and resides with his wife and three children on the Upper West Side. He is a dedicated marathon runner and crossword enthusiast.
