Scott is a Pro's pro. I found him through Zillow and he proved himself almost immediately by jumping head first into our house search. I was relocating from Los Angeles, CA to Irving, TX so it was paramount the realtor I worked with knew the area and was well versed in property values. When you're buying a home that's over half a million, it isn't just going to be where you live - it's going to be an investment. Needless to say, Scott crushed it. He showed me more than 5 houses a day. Some I picked out - others he picked out. He warned me of things to watch out for in certain houses we looked at that I would have otherwise missed. Things that would have been costly. Eventually he found me my dream house and we got it for UNDER asking! Not easy to do in this market.
