I worked with Scott Garrison for a long time regarding the buying homes, selling of homes. Recently he helped me selling with some Vacant Land using some type of Land Trust that he made easy for me! I know a LOT of Realtors, and he knows things in Real estate I do not think anyone else knows or would take the time to explain to me. Scott has a wonderful way of explain complicated stuff simply. Even with difficult issues, give him enough time to think about them, and he will come up with an answer that works. He keeps in touch, both electronically and personally. I know him to be disciplined, helpful and way cool to ride around with when we are in the car looking at real estate. He remembers my Birthday every year, and never seems to miss a step or action that needs to be done. I know he will just figure out a way to get it done. He is my go to person for Real Estate questions.

Scott Garrison was the listing agent on a home I bought almost 20 years ago. After the transaction, we got to know each other and started keeping in touch, and still do to this day. I have used Scott Garrison's services to purchase two rental properties, one in 2012, and another in 2013. I've found Scott to be extremely thorough and detail-oriented. He stays on top of the entire process, from the initial offer to the closing, and makes sure there are no errors on the HUD, etc., and reminds the buyer of things they may need to take care of before closing, and always maintains good communication with the buyer. Scott is also experienced with short sales and knows how to make them happen, while at the same time not sugarcoating the length of time it takes to bring one to fruition. I would definitely recommend Scott to other buyers/sellers here in Central Florida.

Scott & Diana helped me get a great deal on a Bank-owned property in East Orlando! I am a first time buyer who has rented my whole life- Scott helped me get into a 5-Bedroom home in our perfect area near UCF- he figured out several ways that got me into my home for almost no money. I mean almost NO money! Ive known Scott for many years, but never worked with him professionally- I could immediately see why he is so well-known for being a great Realtor. He was with us every step of the way and always gave us great advice. He showed us homes on OUR schedule, even when we could tell it was not a convenient time for him. Every home we saw he gave us insights on the good and bad, based on his experience, that we would not have seen. When we finally found a Bank-owned home, we put in an offer lower than he recommended, and we lost our bid to another buyer. Later, when that other contract fell through, he helped us re-do and re-submit our offer to his recommendations, and we got it accepted!
