The market in the area I'm in is very competitive. I was working with a school teacher and we kept losing on every offer we submitted. One day I was checking homes that went from "pending" to "active" and I found her a home that came back onto the market. It was perfect for her, a one owner home that had been very well cared for. The seller actually built the house when he was young and he took very good care of it.

Two of my friends work for the company I am with. I have always worked on houses and now I'm doing what I should have been doing years ago.

There is nothing that I don't have experience on with homes. Ive rewired, re plumbed, roofed, fixed foundations, sold, and staged homes, sheetrock........ and so on
