Scott reach out to me a year ago to see if I was ready to sell. I was not but he left a great impression, wasnt pushy, professional and took time to answer all my questions. Scott listed property at fair price so others could still put in offer and still feel like they had a fair shot at getting home. six offers in three days are better than one or two. Scotts explained how he felt the sale would end. I was very happy getting final offer over list price and closing in 30 days. Scott and his team did an excellent job in making everyone happy in the end.
