1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Make sure you are preapproved for a home loan. Being preapproved will speed up the negotiation process of buying a home.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Older homes would benefit from a pelisting home inspection to make sure your home is ready for showings.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

Buyers, sellers, 1st time home buyers, VA home buyers, seasoned sellers and buyers, investors on foreclosures

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I sold a home to a young Air Force gentleman and a 1st time home buyer without him seeing the home. We handled all the negotiations by phone and electronic signatures. We did a final and first time walk through the day he closed on the home and he loved it and the closing process was smooth.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I transitioned from the medical equipment field as a seasoned business owner. Best move I ever made!

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have 10 years of real estate experience and I have over 30+ years of business experience, customer service, business development and marketing. I have a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Louisiana State University.
