We met him casually when viewing a home we were interested in, and while we didn't buy that home, the best thing that came from that viewing was meeting him by chance He kept on us to pursue our search in a timely fashion, and gave me tons of advice on getting my financing in order. My husband and I were long-time (25 year) Chicagoans. We had a wonderful condo in East Lakeview which, for us, was both perfect and likely our forever home. Well, life happened and in late 2019 (before the pandemic) we moved to Dallas, Texas for a job. We leased out our condo but post-pandemic we both decided to stay in Texas, and sell our condo. Well, did we truly hit the jackpot when we decided to reach out to Scott. First, Scott was very familiar with both our building and the East Lakeview neighborhood. Not only that but he has sold units in our building. He knew as much as we did about the building. He detailed how we could market and sell and have no need to come back to Chicago for ay part of the process. Incredible, and even more so during a pandemic. We had several live video calls with Scott and his incredible team to talk us through all the steps, answer all our constantly evolving questions, and address our concerns and that of our renter. Having a renter in our unit, while we were selling, was most definitely a complication which Scott and his team, managed in the smoothest manner possible. Our renter was grateful for the excellent communication, the flexibility provided to him, and the overall positive aEUR~vibes which Scott and team helped us provide. Our eventual buyer too was more than pleased with how Team Curcio navigated the inevitable bumps and minor detours in any real estate process.
