We could not be happier with choosing Karen as our Realtor. We had lived in the same state for 50 years and decided to try something new, clear across the country. Not only did Karen help us find the "perfect" home and location, she also showed extreme patience and compassion during our entire relocation process. She is friendly, funny, kind, knowledgeable, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile (or 50) to ensure you are happy with your choice. You can't go wrong with Karen, she's outstanding!!

Listen here... if you got a house to sell or lookin for your next home, give this lady a call, you wont be disappointed! My wife and I tried and tried ourselves to sell our house with no more than a few "is this still available?" comments. Finally got fed up and got in contact with Karen and it didnt seem like no time at all and got a lady interested and got'er closed!

Karen was so helpful during our home buying process, it was our first time and she made sure everything was as quick and easy as possible, even bringing up things we needed to do that we didnt even think about. I'm going to her every time for my house buying/selling needs.

Karen Denner is a FIRST CLASS Realtor and I wouldnt trust anyone else with something as important as my home. I'm going to break down my experience below (long story), but heres the short of it all - she stayed committed to my deal even when it got rough, and let me tell you - it got ROUGH. Anyone can sell things when its easy, but the harder deals show you the talent and skill of any tradesman. Selling is easy, until it aint - and if you love your property, you want someone wholl stick with you to the end and never stop fighting. Thats precisely why she gets my glowing recommendation.Ok - story timeaEUR|. We all know it, this market is CRAZY and theres buyers and sellers everywhere. Its easy to see a aEURoespecial needsaEUR? buyer and not want to put in the time and effort to find the perfect property for them. You know the drill - a Realtor throws some search parameters into an algorithm and you get an email when properties get listed. Heres what though - things arent even lasting long enough for the computer algorithm to notify you before most properties have their first offer. You dont have time for lazy. Karen helped us search for a property for almost five months - and thats not because we werent motivated, it was because we had special needs, requirements for our property - rural, land, home size, etc etc. FIVE MONTHS. And before you get to thinking - rural and land, that must mean it was a big budget so of course she stuck with them - nope, youd be wrong. She hung in there looking for listings before they were even public and giving me backstories off any properties she or I would find. Guys, I'm talking - texting me, calling me, emailing me info. Giving me advice, letting me know about certain areas and what they were like. Shes been in this area forever and has ALL THE DETAILS. We looked at a few properties together and she looked at a couple for us when we couldnt get into town and gave us feedback/photos/video walk throughs. Seriously, A plus service, top of the line. So, after five months of searching we finally found it and it was a foreclosure with a bidding situation. She very thoughtfully guided us through our offer and we all came up with something that we were comfortable with and felt like it was a strong offer. This was a one time shot - no negotiating said the seller. They were taking best offer on a specified date, no feedback, no renegotiating. If they didnt get an offer they liked, they open up another bidding window. Yall, we couldnt leave it to chance and Karen helped us put together the perfect offer. If only I could say things went quickly and easily from there. Oh boy, if only I could say that, but alas, I cannot. It took FOUR AND A HALF more months to get my deal done. None of this was due to Karen or I, there were a few property specific issues that required changing lenders, a crazy appraiser who didnt know what he was doing, seller issues, and worst of all - the dreaded title issues. Listen yall, it was a NIGHTMARE. Truly. It was. Some days it was that feeling of - WHAT NOW? I REALLY CANNOT TAKE ANYMORE. I could REALLY go into specifics on how long and arduous this entire thing was, but you dont need all that - heres the deal, sometimes real estate deals are easy, sometimes theyre hard. I truly hope yours is easy! But either way - you need Karen by your side. The best Karen of all Karens. Karen Denner is magical. She follows up routinely, constantly pushing and pulling here and there and prodding everyone on. She makes sure everyone is doing what theyre supposed to be doing. And when times get tough, shell be your hero, advocating for you and championing you. She made me feel protected, respected and informed. I honestly cannot sing her praises enough. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt - other realtors would not have gone to the lengths that she did. It takes true grit to stick through a deal like this.Theres a reason shes the top selling realtor in the area - the only thing I cant figure out is how she sold other properties, worked other deals at the same time as ours, because she never made me feel anything but as if our home was her highest priority.

Karen helped me sell my home and get more than I expected for it! She was very helpful and always responded quickly. I got Covid the week before we were supposed to close and Karen helped us work through things and even checked on me periodically to make sure I was ok. I can not recommend her highly enough!
