About Scott Cleveland

Scott Cleveland began his real estate career over 30 years ago and is currently ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents nationally. In 2015 he was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and is the recipient of numerous awards recognizing his success and volume. With vast experience in the real estate and automotive industry, Scott has grown his businesses from the ground up. Starting in the construction trade and building supply sales, to his first full time real estate position with The Silver Companies in 1986, Scott excelled in all aspects of the industry. Teresa was an outstanding agent. She set the price just right for selling our home. The appraisal was spot on with the list price, therefore negotiations were smooth. Michelle was great to work with! Since we were moving to the Fredericksburg area from another state, we did not know the local area at all. She was so helpful and thorough in answering our questions about the house and area. She guided us through the entire buying process with ease. The purchasing paperwork all had to be done long distance since we had to return to California while buying the Virginia home and she made the process smooth.
