We trusted Brendan to sell my wifes late fathers condo, even though it was bittersweet for him to do (the condo was his grandfathers). Throughout the whole process he was professional, responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the transaction. As difficult as it was emotionally, he made everything as smooth and seamless as possible. I am somewhat biased as his father but you wont go wrong using his to buy or sell a house. He did a GREAT job.
