Me and my wife had Scott looking for property for about 2 years (we were slow to choose) . The property we did end up with was listed and i emailed Scott for more information. Well we fell in love with the pictures and the location, but I had recently had leg surgery and was unable to view the property immediately but didn't want to loose the chance. So after speaking with Scott once more we decided to buy site unseen, which could have been a huge mistake, but thanks to Scott the land was everything he said and more. He will go above and beyond to make sure you are aware of everything in regards to your new property. He was even nice enough to cut back the entrance to our new property so our builder could see the layout. I would absolutely recommend Scott Barnard to anyone looking for property in Virginia.
