Scott Baker did not give a copy of contract tell a week later when I asked him were my copy was. Hidden in the was an additional 2% commission. Also delayed payment at closing which cost me additional interest payment which he would not address. Will never do business with Coldwell Bankers in the future or recommend same to others.

I was referred through my sister in law who is out of state and is about the most "non put up with crap" person I know and she was impressed. Scott's local knowledge is outstanding. I just moved to the area about a year and half ago and know nothing. But, I know people who do and that I trust and I admittedly tested him. I am in a great area. One of the things that I liked most about Scott is that he is very factual. You do not feel like he is trying to sell you and more that he is trying to help you. For someone buying a home I think this is extremely important so you know what you are getting into. Also, he has business relationships with the best. My mortgage broker and inspector were awesome and I truly believe they know the value of being associated with Scott.I could go on all day about how positive my experience was, even in a time when buying a home is difficult (May 2022).Thank you, Scott!
