In the past, my husband and I have only worked with realtors who we were referred to by friends or family. He successfully negotiated our contract with the seller and referred us to an awesome lender. Additionally, when our son was hospitalized due to a serious car accident, Mark contacted an inspector for us, coordinated the meeting and showed up when we couldnt be there, so that we wouldnt miss our inspection deadline. We threw him a couple curve falls from going to go look at a different house to all of a sudden asking him to sell our home and showing us a new home completely different from the one we looked at. He ended up selling our home within 3 days on the market and we were able to close on both houses on the same day! He kept us informed on every update with appraisals and inspections.
