This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with Scott Ackerman - our first was on our home purchase and this was on the sale of our rental property. Scott is the epitome of a professional who truly cares about what he does and the people he works with. This transaction was not easy for a few reasons - 1) our tenants at the time were less than cooperative throughout the sales process, and 2) the buyer of the property was also difficult. It was a perfect storm, but Scott held the pieces together perfectly.
