Scarlett Wolter was born and raised in Texas and has been a full time agent since 2003. She resides on a ranch with her husband and two children and loves the beautiful landscape that Texas has to offer. What sets Scarlett apart is her sincere appreciation for helping her clients, lifelong career experience in the real estate business and the acquired skills necessary to succeed! Prior to obtaining a real estate license, Scarlett earned a Bachelor's degree from Texas State University. Throughout college her goal was to work in the medical field as a physician so that she could help people in a time of need. However she began a real estate career soon after earning her degree and realized her strengths and passions were in this industry! Looking back, it is with great fulfillment that she has built a career that has been focused on helping others through some of their most important decisions and being part of helping them create their legacies! Scarlett has extensive Real Estate knowledge and specializes in residential and ranch properties. While she is very much a country girl that has sold ranches throughout Texas, she can advise her clients on every level of real estate interests. She has experience in remodeling, rental properties, development, ranching, residential homes and neighborhoods, 1031 exchanges, marketing, home staging, and finance options. She's a full-time agent and her efforts have helped her become a multi-million dollar producer every year!
