I had an idea in my mind of what my home was going to look and even feel like once I stepped in those doors. Not so shockingly, I did not find it on the first try, but Sauscha encouraged me to point out everything I liked and did not like about each house we looked at. She paid close attention to the details I would point out and not only heard me out but really UNDERSTOOD what I was looking for in my very first home. She stayed well within the budget we had planned for and was great at negotiating back and forth with us when it came time for the closing. Buying a house as a young adult can feel really scary and cause a lot of anxiety of the unknown, at least it did for me, but I can honestly say that Sauscha put me at ease and found the perfect home for us. When we decided to buy this house she came over after we moved in just to see how we were settling in plus when we moved in, on the counter she had a welcome card and a list of great restaurants and local businesses that were really helpful to know about. Also she made herself available on the weekends for us. I highly recommend her.
