Sarah Warnock

Sarah Warnock is a Loveland native and a 4th generation Realtor in Northern Colorado. In 1922 her great grandfather founded Warnock Realty & Auctions in Loveland. Sarah is proud to be a part of a 95 year old family tradition of excellence in Northern Colorado Real Estate. The proven result of hard work and perseverance after nearly a century of service makes the Warnock name a solid choice in any market. Throughout her 14 years in real estate, Sarah has earned her GRI Designation, the Certified Residential Military Specialist Designation, and is ePRO. Sarah has earned the Honors Society Award several times for high production levels & the Leading Edge Award by Prudential National putting her in the top 6% of Prudential agents nationwide. In 2013, Sarah earned the Executive Club Award from RE/MAX and in 2014, 2015, and 2016 earned the 100 Percent Club Award from RE/MAX. In July 2015, June 2016, & June 2017, Sarah was the top producing agent in her office. Sarah was voted best area real estate agent by The 4th Street Chronicle. Sarah is very active in her local community. Sarah is a director and participates as a mentor for a program at her church called Kids Hope USA. Kids Hope USA pairs mentors with at-risk elementary age youth. Sarah visits Easter Seals Wings Center which helps to provide a safe and fun environment for adults with developmental disabilities. Sarah serves as a committee chairperson for Loveland Walk 4 Water, an organization that raises money to build fresh water wells in Africa. Sarah also served as a Precinct Committee Chairperson for her neighborhood in downtown Loveland. Sarah was recently elected as Chair to her local real estate board. This comes after many years of serving as a Director, secretary, and 2nd vice president. Sarah is a member of both the Colorado Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She is a monthly contributor to Wounded Warrior Project, Children's Miracle Network, and sponsors 2 children in Africa through Compassion International. Sarah studied Forestry and earned her bachelors degree in English Literature from Colorado State University. Previous to her real estate career, she headed up the sales department at Gulley Greenhouse and Garden Center. Sarah enjoys being outdoors especially in the company of her dogs. She is a hiker, reader, & loves to garden. Her favorite place is Yellowstone National Park as Sarah finds geysers fascinating. She has traveled to Israel, Alaska, & Australia. Sarah has a special affection for the area of Downtown Loveland. Several generations of Sarah's family have called the downtown area home and in so doing have instilled a real fondness in her for historical properties... so much so that she lives in a historical home herself. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, always believing that investing in relationships with other people is where the real treasure is.
