Sarah Smith

I know Hendersonville, and have been an active member of my community for over 35 years, through both my professional work and volunteer activities. Inspired by working for a condominium project in 2005, I became a licensed N.C. Real Estate Broker in 2006.

Combining my background in marketing and design with my real estate services allows me to effectively communicate and promote my clients' properties, and being in-synch with my public-spirited heart.

In addition to listing homes for sale, I have a vested interest in assisting homebuyers. Whether working with a buyer relocating to the area, a buyer making a lateral, local move, or a seller who is making big decisions about their next plans in life, I'm mindful of providing each individual with service-oriented home buying and selling experiences. As a multi-million dollar producer year after year, I attribute my success to my network of good, quality people and referrals " the best compliment I can receive!

About me

I consider myself a Hendersonville native, since my family moved to the area from Fairbanks, Alaska when I was a mere 2 years old.

Prior to entering the Real Estate profession, I earned my BFA in Communication Arts from East Carolina University and worked as a graphic designer for a local design firm.

While building my real estate business, I simultaneously volunteered as a graphic designer for the HonorAir committee, a program that has been responsible for sending more than 150,000 WWII Veterans to our nation's capitol to experience their memorial.

In my spare time I enjoy traveling, cooking, gardening, walking, swimming, spending time outdoors and socializing with family and friends.
