About Sarah Schaefer

Sarah is a West Virginia native from Belington, West Virginia with a love of Morgantown and the Mountaineers. She has been in the Morgantown area since she began attending West Virginia University in 2008 for her bachelor's and master's degrees in Chemical Engineering. After completing her graduate degree in 2014 she worked for Mylan for several years. Sarah has been interested in real estate since she went through the home buying process with her husband for their first home in 2016. In 2020 she took the opportunity to complete her real estate education and became licensed in West Virginia in 2021. With a team of experienced professionals by her side, she's eager to help her clients buy and sell homes. Seeing their faces light up when they get an offer or when they find "the one" is the most exciting part of the job! In her spare time, Sarah enjoys being active in the community, spending time with her family and pets, training her dogs, running on the rail trail, and doing yoga. Community Involvement

I lead yoga at the Mylan Park Aquatic and Fitness Center in Morgantown, WV. I also do group yoga for donation/fundraisers, and kids/teens yoga with the Public Library. I love supporting small business

HOBBIES/INTEREST

I like to spend my free time enjoying my family, being outside, playing with our dogs/pets, doing yoga, running, watching Mountaineer sports, and reading.

FAMILY

I am married to my wonderful husband and we have two dogs, a cat, a gecko, a turtle, and a hodgepodge of fish in our aquarium. Lots of pets to love in our household!

We have known Sarah Schaefer for 2 yrs now. She's the best at giving us up to date information. She will tell you the best way to do things and gives you her opinion. Sarah has shown us many houses.
