Sarah and her staff were amazing handling the sell of my Moms place. When weve lost a love one and are miles away, the stress of trying to take care of their estate can be overwhelming. Sarah and her staff were compassionate, understanding and ready to handle everything. I just cant say enough about how awesome this company is!

very pleasant lady but also very hard to reach when needed . had one part that was suppose to be in contact and never got in it ( I wanted to give the new owners a one year maintenance program ) . tried to make contact but never was able to get it completed even after sale .

we are still working on getting things straighten out . hopefully Sarah will slow down some for she is over working which could lead to a stroke .

Four agents came through my house to see what there is to be offered and to give me their preliminary opinion. With non of them I felt comfortable to be my representative. When Sarah showed up, I immediately felt that I can have complete confidence in her judgment, honesty, and diligence. My property was quite non standard and as such neither did I nor Sarah expected to sell it fast. However when the promising byers appeared, she did everything to get the sale through and also was able to sell it for a price that was somewhat above my expectations. Despite the house was on the market for quite a while as we both expected, she kept me optimistic and assured that it will eventually sell ok as it did. I am immensely grateful for her help and support that I needed so much living all by myself and 86 years old. Thank you, Sarah!!
