About Sarah Powers Parker

Specialties: Buyer's agent, Listing agent, Relocation. Originally from Kingsport, I currently reside in Johnson City, Tennessee. After graduating from East Tennessee State University with a degree in Economics, a concentration in Urban Planning and Business Management, I traveled the western United States, working as a Flight Attendant. It was in my travels that I learned how fortunate I was to have been raised in the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee and I wanted to be back home with friends and family. In 2009, I became a mother to my son Rowan then in 2011 my daughter Dylan. Philanthropy in our community has been so important to me, during my time as a mother. I was the Chair for the Family Advisory Council at Niswonger Children's Hospital for 8 years, the HUB Coordinator for the State of Tennessee for Avery's Angels Gastroschisis Foundation, Member of the Cincinnati Children's Hospital, GI Family Board, as well as many other local outreach programs in our community. I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), C2RX certified in 2022, as well as certified in At Home With Diversity (AHWD). I also owned my own business for remodeling and selling residential and commercial properties, Crown Pointe Development. It is in Real Estate that I can combine all my experiences into one profession to do something I am absolutely passionate. My determination, my entrepreneurial spirit, and most importantly, my connection with our clients to better their lives is what I was meant to do.

Sarah was fantastic. Got the condo I wanted without it having to go on the market. Since had not bought a house in 43 years, a lot has changed and I needed Sarahs expertise and guidance. Sarah was awesome to work with! She provided us with excellent advice when a few issues popped up with houses we were considering, and got us into our home (when we finally found it) with a minimal amount of hassle. She suggested a lender and loan officer who, it turned out, was her twin when it came to competence and knowledge. Since we were new to the area when we decided to move, Sarah was extremely helpful in helping us find services we needed and places to go to learn more about the area. We had an excellent experience, and I'm sure anyone else who hires her will agree.
