Her knowledge base of my community, expedited setting sale price, and resulted in masterful target marketing efforts. She skillfully coordinated and executed newspaper and online advertising, a glossy brochure, a broker open house, a prospective buyer open house, and multiple showings within the first two weeks of our listing with her. Because I was so impressed with this high level of service and performance, I am writing this review during that same time period, even though our home hasn't sold as yet. However, we are awaiting word on a pre-qualified buyer candidate, who is giving serious consideration to purchasing our home. I wanted to publish this review early on in the process, so others can receive the benefit of securing her as their Realtor, before they have regrets.
