Sarah Moon is an excellent realtor who helped my husband and me buy our first home. We were specifically seeking an agent with Dunnigan, due to the volume of its listings in our preferred neighborhoods, we decided to ask Sarah to represent us because of her unique background. Having previously worked for the fifth largest real estate brokerage in the country, I knew that Sarah's past experience as an appraiser would be beneficial, particularly at the height of the Sacramento real estate market during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sarah was extremely easy to work with: she was responsive to both text messages and phone calls, always making herself available. With new listings in our preferred neighborhoods attracting dozens of buyers, and under contract in days, she nearly always secured same-day showings for us! Even on the rare occasion when she had a prior commitment, such as the birth of her sister's baby, she made one of her colleagues available to us. We never felt that we missed an opportunity. Although our budget was relatively modest, Sarah made us feel like her most important clients. She was exceedingly patient; told us hard truths that needed telling; and never gave up on finding us the right house to call our first home. Ultimately, Sarah got us into a home with which we remain in love with two years later. My husband and I highly recommend Sarah and will definitely work with her again.
