Julia was such a pleasure to work with and my fiance and I were extremely lucky to run into her as our agent. She was very responsive and was quick to schedule tours on the dates that worked for us. We met Julia on our very first home tour and then we took a break to really understand our budget. During this break we met with a couple other agents that were not the right fit for us. They asked us to sign a contract or send our approval letters before we even met them.
