Working with Sarah Hening and Jen Griswold was amazing. They are like the dynamic duo. I thought the idea of buying a home was going to be stressful, but these ladies have completely shattered that idea. Sarah took her time to understand what my husband and I were looking for in our future home and advised us on the neighborhoods we were looking at. By the third house we had found our dream home. Now Jen enters the picture to guide us through the all the necessary paperwork, home inspection, punch list and what not. We found the perfect lender and Home insurance following their advice and we could not be happier with our choices. Both Sarah and Jen were ALWAYS available for any call or text with questions my husband and I had. By closing day, though we were nervous (which is expected) both Jen and Sarah sat next to us for support and availability to answer any questions we had. Jennifer Griswald was the most caring and amazing Real Estate Agent. She definitely 100% went beyond all our expectations. We wanted to purchase a home close to our son and his family. We are elderly and disabled so she helped us do previews via the internet. She arranged a day when we would arrive and she was very courteous to my entire family. She was amazing she listened and only showed us home that were 100% compliant with our criteria. She was amazing she even helped us when our current home in Tampa, the buyers ran into issues to help us secure the home in Crawfordville that we had a down payment on. She was amazing doing two jobs at once. She cared, she negotiated, and she advised us. Our closing dates needed to be negotiated several times and she coordinated with our realtor in Tampa to ensure both home were ready at the same time. Closing on Tampa one day and the very next day in Crawfordville so we would not be homeless. She took measurements of the windows of our new home for us so we could expedite window treatments. It did not stop there after we moved in, we needed help moving our items from storage to the new home, she again came to the rescue and recommended a wonderful local mover. She has helped us get settled in this new area which was not easy for us at our age. She is a caring, wonderful person and I highly recommend her expertise to anyone either selling, buying or renting she is your go to person. I know if I ever move again, I will call upon her and only Jennifer. I hope you get a chance to meet her someday she is an amazing person outside the work place, a wonderful mother, wife and community supporter.
