3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with all types of clients, from first time home buyers, to those needing a little more room, to those wanted to downsize, veterans and sellers!!!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently sold a house and helped purchase a house for the sweetest couple ever. While I was able to quickly sell their home, it is more about the relationship we built. We still meet for ice cream!!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started real estate after flipping a few homes with my Dad. I always had an interest but that got me hooked. However there is nothing like helping someone find a Home!!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Other than my license, our agency has quarterly training I attend, continuing education I have to keep up with, plus I attend other conferences to make sure I keep up with the market and marketing strategies.
