ZillowVERIFIEDRanae was super responsive and very quick to show us houses which was awesome. However as a military family we did all of our tours through videos and only came to town two days before closing and saw the home for the first time at the walk thru. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in what I saw. In her videos she did not point out any of the many many negative things about the house. Doors literally deteriorating and falling off the house , the house was filthy, can see the basement through a hole in the subfloor upstairs, aEURoeupdated bathroomsaEUR? had peel and stick tile, basically every single aEURoeupdateaEUR? they did was done halfway, the condition of the floors throughout where awful and discolored, a/c registers not even connected , baseboards not nailed on, and the list goes on and on. As a fellow military spouse herself I expected complete transparency and honesty about the condition of the home but instead when it was all over I felt like she just wanted the sale. At the walk through when I was overwhelmed and basically in tears she didnt say a word or try to remedy the situation in any way. When it comes time to move I would not use her again nor would I recommend her to anyone. I also Think its important to mention we used an inspector she recommended which I dont believe helped the situation any either.
