I called her on a Friday morning at 9 am; she turned around and had us with a 2nd viewing same day, finance contacts that were amazing, and a pre-approval within hours so that we could submit an offer. She gave great advice without swaying one way or the other, but definitely explained the current market and tips on getting an offer accepted. She also negotiated with the other realtor when the appraisal came back lower than offering and gave us tips there as well. Selling our house was also super easy.
