Sarah was recommended to us from another friend who previously used her services. She did not disappoint. After we contacted her and gave her our parameters for properties, she very promptly responded and gave us several alternatives to view. We were able to narrow our choices down from there with her assistance and ultimately chose one property to purchase. Sarah assisted us with the purchase with the builder and gave us great advice by pointing out some issues that needed to be resolved by the builder during a visit to us after we closed. She was very communicative and responsive during the entire process. We also enjoyed our interactions with her as she is a very pleasant person to talk to.
